Underground floor

On the underground floor of the project there is a practical and safe space for parking vehicles with a total of 32 garage parking spaces. This floor offers plenty of space for comfortable and carefree car storage. Upon entering the private project site through the entrance barrier, there are 9 additional private outdoor parking spaces.

The underground level includes a separate room for large trash containers, providing efficient, convenient and most importantly, safe waste management and eliminating unpleasant odors and visual distractions. This arrangement creates a modern and clean environment and also enhances aesthetic comfort that fits with the overall design of the project.

Residents have direct access to the exterior from the underground garage via an adjacent staircase, allowing for easy and convenient transition between the exterior and the underground garage. The main staircase or elevator provides residents with fast and comfortable access to the upper floors.

Ground floor of a smaller building

The second smaller building has a total of five units. On the ground floor of this building are two spacious and highly lit office units, each with its own entrance from the private grounds surrounding the project.

The spaces in this building are well lit through large windows with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The areas of each room are large, which not only provides a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Through a third private entrance to the building from the private land surrounding the project, residents of the upper floor units have direct access to their units.

On the second, i.e. upper floor of this building there are three very thoughtfully designed apartment units with layouts of 1 + kc and 2 + kc.

Residents of these units have their own private independent entrance to the building and also have a private staircase from the common corridor on the second floor to the green roof, which can be used as a roof terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.

These are very practical and cosy apartment units with ideal room layouts.

Ground floor

The ground floor of this building serves as the entrance area with the main entrance from the private property of the project. It houses, among other things, rooms for the technology that manages the home systems.

On the ground floor there are two office units with their own independent entrance from exterior and one residential unit, accessible from a common corridor along the main entrance, offering flexible space for living and working. Basement cubicles for residents provide practical storage space and a buggy room makes it easy for families with young children to store prams or bicycles.

Typical floor

The typical floors of an apartment building, specifically the second to ninth floors, are designed with optimal space utilization and resident comfort in mind.

Each of these floors contains five residential units, of which the inner three are 1-bedroom units and the outer two are 2-bedroom units. 

The room layouts in these units are designed for maximum comfort and practicality. 

In addition, the 2+kc apartments are equipped with beautiful loggias, which add to the space and outdoor relaxation.

Top floors with two duplex apartments

The tenth and eleventh floors of this apartment building offer two large duplex apartments with a layout of 3+kc. These apartments are designed on two floors and provide a luxurious and spacious living environment.
